Welcome to GPSRPilot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GPSRPilot website, web application, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by GPSRPilot Inc. ("GPSRPilot," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

GPSRPilot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that assists e-commerce sellers and businesses in generating compliance documentation related to the European Union's General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 ("GPSR") and related product safety regulations.

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• AI-powered document generation, including Risk Assessments, Technical Documentation, EU Declarations of Conformity, Product Labels, and Traceability Records
• Product compliance management dashboard for tracking compliance status across multiple products
• EU Responsible Person (RP) referral and coordination services (available on select plans)
• Regulation monitoring and alert services
• PDF and image export of generated documents
• Multi-language label generation for EU member state requirements

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2.2 Account Registration: You must provide accurate credentials including email, password, full name, country, and product category.

2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.4 Account Types:

• Free Plan: Limited to 1 product, basic document generation. No credit card required.
• Starter Plan ($19/mo or $190/yr): Up to 25 products, all document types, label generation, PDF export, SMS alerts.
• Pro Plan ($49/mo or $490/yr): Up to 100 products, full compliance dossier generation, regulation alerts, priority support.
• Business Plan ($99/mo or $990/yr): Unlimited products, up to 3 team members, API access, white-label options.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

3.1 Billing & Payment Processing: Paid plans are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal date.

3.2 Refund Policy:

• Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months. Access remains until end of billing period.
• Annual plans: 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use & AI Disclaimers

You agree not to use the Service to generate fraudulent, false, or misleading compliance documents. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated documents before submitting to marketplaces like Amazon or Etsy.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPSRPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY REGULATORY FINES, DELISTINGS, OR PRODUCT RECALLS.
