• Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, company, country.
• Product Data: Product name, SKU, category, materials, manufacturing data (sent to OpenAI API for document generation; OpenAI does not use API data to train models and retains for max 30 days for abuse monitoring).
• Payment Information: Processed by Stripe. We do NOT store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to fulfill our contract with you (generating compliance documents, managing subscriptions) and improving service performance.
