GPSR Art. 16 Mandate Requirements
The EU Authorised Representative must hold a written mandate to perform tasks under GPSR Art. 16 and Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 Art. 4:
- Verify EU Declaration of Conformity and Technical File availability
- Provide documentation to market surveillance authorities upon request
- Cooperate with authorities on corrective actions and product recalls
